Wisconsin Vegans

are there any WARM beverages that are RAW?
I live in Wisconsin where it gets COLD
but according to raw vegan books I”ve read they don’t allow anything warm at all. I see that all these people live in places like Florida and California… at least the ones I”ve read so far..
what about herbal teas?
thanks
In response to the first answer:
Any slight cooking kills nutrients and valuable enzymes in the food.
Food is raw until it has reached a temperature above 118F. So, ‘cold’ food is raw, and ‘warm’ food can be raw, but ‘hot’ food is not raw. Generally, all raw food is cold.
If you’d like a mostly raw drink, then brew some organic tea, and let cool to a temperature below 118F and add some raw honey.
Good luck,
